New Year. New You

As we look forward to a fun and fruitful 2009 it’s that time to put our New Year’s resolutions into play. The majority of resolutions play along the lines of increasing health and physical activity in one way or another. I raise my hat to that and encourage those who may not have included any such resolution to make a commitment to personal health. It starts with something as small as eating less junk food, eating more fruits and vegetables, visiting the gym three days a week, and even committing to a solid 8 hours of sleep every night. Doing these things may seem small, but can have a huge impact on your health and increase years onto your life.

So whatever your resolution may be, I urge you to make health a priority this year. Thank you for a wonderful 2008 and we look forward to seeing you in the years to come.
