I don’t know about you, but this warm weather is making it easier for me to get up and get a quick workout in. I’m not sure why, but my body seems to respond better in the heat. The winters aren’t that bad, but the heat in the spring and summer definitely help me to loosen up and my workouts feel so much more beneficial in the end, even in the triple-digit weather here in Arizona. I think a lot of it has to do with attitude as well. I feel like for every minute I spend working out, I get back in life expectancy. So warm weather, a good attitude, a little motivation and a ton of water are the ingredients to better health.
