Keep Up with Your Fitness Routines

How many of you have ever experienced frustration when you’re two or three weeks into your fitness routine because you don’t see the progress that you’d expect? It’s pretty safe to say that all of us have been there, but there was a recent study that came out that tells us why we shouldn’t ditch that workout just yet.
