Alright, so it’s bad enough that it’s starting to get cold outside and a bit tougher to get out for a walk or a jog in the neighborhood, but now that Thanksgiving and holiday meals are around the corner, this may just be the most critical time to being a workout routine if you haven’t already. If it’s snowing outside then no worries, you can still find a way to sit and be fit. Maybe start with a few crunches here and there or maybe even a few pushups. The main thing is to get your blood flowing and your heart-rate up. Do this on a constant basis and your body will thank you in the long run.
